What we collect,
and why.

This policy is from Oladipupo Clement International ("we", "us"). It covers oladipupoclement.org and the sites under it, including masterclass.oladipupoclement.org and financialhealthcheck.oladipupoclement.org.

For anything about your details, email events@oladipupoclement.org or use the contact page.

What you give us

Your name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number and country, your answers to any questions on the form, and any question you send in for a live Q&A. If you register through a form inside Facebook or Instagram, Meta passes the same details to us when you press submit.

How you found us

The advert, link or campaign that brought you to the site, and the page you landed on first. This comes from the tags on the link you clicked.

How you use the site

If you accept analytics cookies, which pages you visit and what you click. On the masterclass pages this includes Microsoft Clarity, which records how the page is used and hides anything typed into a form.

How you respond to our messages

Whether our emails are opened, and which links in our emails and WhatsApp messages are tapped, such as the link to join the live session or the WhatsApp group.

To give you what you asked for

To save your seat and send the joining link and reminders by email and WhatsApp. We do this because you asked us to when you registered.

To tell you about what comes next

To send you news of future masterclasses, programmes, books and events. We do this with your consent, and every email has an unsubscribe link.

To measure our adverts

To see which adverts bring people who register, and to show our adverts to people likely to be interested. We do this only if you accept marketing cookies. When you register, we may also send Meta a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email address and phone number so it can match the registration to the advert. This happens only if you accepted marketing cookies.

To improve the site

To find pages that confuse people or forms that fail. We do this only if you accept analytics cookies.

We do not sell your details. We share them only with the companies that run parts of the service for us, and only for that purpose:

• HighLevel, which holds our contact list and sends our emails and WhatsApp messages.
• Meta (Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp), for WhatsApp messages, forms inside Facebook and Instagram, and advert measurement.
• Zoom, which hosts the live sessions. When you join, Zoom sees the name you join with.
• Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, for site analytics.
• Namecheap, which hosts this website.

Some of these companies store data outside the UK and Nigeria, mainly in the United States. They protect it with the safeguards the law requires for such transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.

We keep your details for up to three years after you last registered, replied or clicked a link from us. After that we delete them. If you unsubscribe, we keep only your email address or number on a do-not-contact list, so that we do not message you again by mistake.

You can ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete them, object to marketing, or withdraw a consent you gave. Email events@oladipupoclement.org and we will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handled your details, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). In Nigeria it is the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (ndpc.gov.ng). We would like the chance to put it right first, so please write to us.
